1808 Vodka starts life as a gluten free 100% corn mash using corn from a local farmer. The mash is fermented with a quality yeast and then is distilled into corn whiskey. We distill the spirit a second time using a vodka column of our own design resulting in a clean neutral spirit over 190 proof in strength. The spirit is further purified by carbon filtration, proofed to 88P and bottled for your enjoyment. Every step of the process is conducted by us in small batches at our distillery. With every sip, we think you will agree that it is worth the effort that went into its creation.
