Our spirits are made in small batches, by us, at our distillery in Cambria, NY using local grain and local wine as the alcohol source. We don't buy drums of industrial ethanol from the mid-west to be filtered or flavored to make vodka or gin; or barrels of out of state whiskey to be repackaged and labeled as our own. Our corn whiskey, gin, vodka, flavored gin, bourbon and liqueurs are made all year, by us, by hand, from scratch, at our distillery. Come see us, see our process, and get to know your distiller.
